This spring the American Association for Cancer Research will be holding their 100th annual meeting.
The meeting will feature the latest findings in laboratory, transitional and clinical cancer research. This year the focus will be on innovative research, novel technologies, some of the life saving therapies that are currently in the pipeline, clinical trials and new approaches to prevent cancer from ever happening.
The meeting will be held in the Colorado Convention Center, April 18-22. Beginning in mid-March the program schedule and related scientific abstracts will be available online at www.aacr.org. More than 6000 abstracts will be presented at the actual meeting. The meeting is expected to attract world leaders in cancer research and treatment, including clinical oncologists, basic scientists, transitional researchers and epidemiologists.
